GARMENTS

Bespoke, made-to-order, and made-to-measure garments are exclusively crafted for you and, therefore, are not eligible for return or refund.
Please ensure you take accurate measurements before placing your order. Should you require assistance with sizing or have any questions regarding body measurements, our team is here to help. Feel free to contact us at rasha@rashalondon.com.

In the rare instance that an item is found to be faulty, we will gladly provide a replacement. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and returned to us within 7 days of receiving return confirmation.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all original tags intact. Please take extra care when trying on garments, as we are unable to accept returns if there are signs of wear, makeup marks, stains, or any scent of perfume or body odour.


INITIATING A RETURN

To request a return, kindly follow the steps below:

  • Email rasha@rashalondon.com with the subject line 'RETURN'.

  • Include your full name, order number, and reason for the return within the email.

  • If applicable, please attach clear images of any damage or fault.

Once we receive your request, a member of our team will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.


RETURN SHIPPING

Clients are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trusted courier service with tracking to ensure the safe and prompt return of your item. RASHA London cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Clients are fully responsible for all international duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes, and associated charges.
Please be advised that any costs incurred by RASHA London due to abandoned shipments, return-to-sender refusals, or incorrect customs filings will be deducted from any applicable refund.

QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS

All returned pieces undergo a meticulous quality control inspection to ensure compliance with our return standards.
Following the inspection, you will be notified via email regarding the acceptance or rejection of your return, along with the next steps.


ACCESSORIES

Accessories purchased from stock are eligible for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in pristine condition, unworn and unaltered, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Any signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will render the item ineligible for return.
